The facility
A room built for training, not for browsing.
Free weights, platforms, rigs and conditioning equipment, with the space and the coaching to use them properly.
The environment
Specialist equipment. Low density. Actual coaching.
This is a coaching facility rather than an open-access gym. It is set up so that a coach can run a session properly: equipment that supports real programming, laid out with room to work, and a small number of people training at any one time.

Space to train seriously
Lifting platforms and racks, free weights across a broad range, rigs and wall-mounted attachments, and conditioning equipment — in a room with the height and floor space to use them.
The variety matters because it is what makes individual programming possible. Exercise selection can follow what a person needs rather than what a single machine allows.

Training approaches
The environment supports how you want to train.
People train here for different reasons, and the equipment supports a broad range of approaches within coached, programmed training.
These are ways of training the facility supports, not separate products with their own timetables. Which is appropriate for you is part of the conversation before you start.

Built around the programme
Equipment serves the plan, not the other way around.
A varied floor is only useful if someone is choosing from it deliberately. Your programme decides what you use and why — and when a movement does not suit you, there is enough in the room to select an alternative that trains the same quality.
Small-group training
Maximum six per coaching hour
Small-group sessions are capped at six people in the coaching hour. That cap is the point: it keeps the floor uncrowded and keeps coaching attention on how people are actually moving, while each person works to their own exercises and loading.
Visiting

The training location and the practical details — when you would train, and what your first session would involve — are confirmed with you directly when you get in touch.
