Cookie Policy

This website does not use cookies. This page explains what that means, and what would change if it ever did.

Version 1.0 · Effective 13 September 2026 · Last checked 13 September 2026

The short version

This website sets no cookies, uses no browser storage and runs no tracking of any kind. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing is read from it. There is nothing for you to accept, decline or manage, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.

What this website stores

Nothing. To be specific, this site has none of the following:

  • No cookies, of any category — not strictly necessary, functional, analytics or advertising
  • No local storage, session storage or other browser storage
  • No analytics, of any kind
  • No advertising, conversion or social media tags — no Meta Pixel, no advertising tags, no conversion tracking
  • No embedded video, maps, fonts or social media widgets
  • No JavaScript at all
  • No enquiry form and no account system

Every image and stylesheet is served from this site’s own address. The site’s content security policy is set to block anything else from loading or running, so it cannot happen by accident.

One thing the host adds

Netlify, our hosting provider, inserts a small script tag of its own into the pages it serves. This site’s content security policy blocks that script from loading or running, so it sets nothing on your device and reports nothing about you. We mention it because you would see it if you looked at the page source, and we would rather explain it than leave you to wonder.

Netlify does process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and access times in order to deliver and protect the website. That is ordinary server logging rather than tracking, and it is covered in the Privacy Notice.

Why there is no banner

The rules on cookies and similar technologies apply when something is stored on, or read from, your device. Nothing here is. A banner asking you to consent to cookies that do not exist would be theatre, so we have not built one.

If this changes

We may add analytics or advertising technologies in future, particularly if we start advertising on social media. If we do:

  • We will assess what is proposed against the cookie rules before it goes anywhere near this site.
  • Anything that is not strictly necessary will not run until you have been given clear information about it and a genuine way to decline or object, and where the law requires consent, not before you have given it.
  • This page will be updated to describe exactly what is used, in which category, and what it does — before it goes live, not after.

We would rather publish a short, honest page than a long one describing cookies we do not set.
